Montresor Bardolino Bio Organic from the Veneto in Italy is part of Montresor’s new ‘Bio’ range of organic, characterful and contemporary wines – this Bardolino is soft, juicy and versatile. It has a dry and sapid taste, lightly bitter but harmonic and fine, of great quality and sometimes depending on the settling time it could be lightly sparkly. There are over 40 wineries along the Lake Garda Wine Route – the Strada del Vino – which devote themselves to the production of Bardolino. A blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, the wine is ruby red in colour with purple highlights.
