About this deal

This book is the first one in this trilogy and it hooks you right in from the beginning with all the hate, drama, betrayal, hurt, lies, family, friends and love. Moments of Malevolence is an all-new standalone enemies-to-lovers romance with serial killers and hidden identities, where the villain always gets the girl even if she sets his house on fire.

It is well written and well worth a look if you like that batpoo crazy lust that these two characters experience falling into each other. The characters are not very likable, Atlanta is like a petulant child and her reactions were just extreme, zuko is into near death sex and needs more depth with his character. if you're a fan of touch her and die then this is the one for you, it also has mafia-esque/forced proximity vibes, the spice is 🤌 and the banter between characters is witty and felt authentic, I can't wait for more books in this universe, Thankyou so much to the author for an arc!

When a certain someone with a voice she could never forget turns up at her job what will become of this little flirty game between Sage aka Alaska and the ruthless Zuko? There was not a moment where I was not laughing gasping about some I was laughing about what happened I was gasping at some of the spice there was just absolutely everything that you wanted and it was just wholeheartedly a great book and I cannot wait to read books 2 and three and sorry listen to books 2 and three And I am just on the edge of my seat waiting for the next one.Zuko, one of the Hunters, knows what he wants and he isn't afraid to do whatever he needs to do to get exactly that. I read as I listened but I usually don't like dual narration I prefer duets but for this book thank goodness I only got to hear Corvin. L. Smith is a dark romance standalone with themes that might be triggering for some readers so do proceed with caution. Alaska is such a strong woman, when she says something she means it and follows up with any threat too.

If you don’t catch up with her in her home state of Queensland, Australia you can usually find her travelling the world, either sitting on a beach in Bali or exploring Alcatraz in San Francisco or walking the streets of New York. Both Zuko and Alaska have a very messed up relationship, and Zuko has some strong kinks which include knife play. Read more about the condition New: A new, unread, unused book in perfect condition with no missing or damaged pages. This is about a strong independent FMC who works in a bar and has a secret identity as a phone sex worker.Until the day an embodiment of my darkest fantasies walks into my bar, and his unmistakable voice sends a shiver down my spine. Alaska and Zuko are a match made in heaven, the chemistry between the two was electric, I enjoy dual POVS and in this case it really adds to the excitement of the storyline, our MFC is a phone sex worker who strikes up an unusual relationship with the MMC, only ever speaking on the phone, they end up meeting one night at the bar she works in, she recognises his voice but he doesn't know its her I'M SCREAMINGGG! I love their banter and their back and forth so much, it is refreshing and so funny, plus the dynamics between the brothers is so good and funny.

This is a dark and spicy romance read with enemies to lovers, touch her and die vibes, forced proximity and is an HEA. It’s dark it’s gritty and it’s super hot Zuko and Alaska are perfect for each other their chemistry is scorching and the touch her and die vibes is delicious! How did this add to the storyline and what was this party exactly for, that it was so important but ended in a mess? Nevertheless, I enjoyed the characters Alaska and Zuko and I'm definitely intrigued by Zuko's brothers Kyson and Kenzo so that I'll come back to the Hunter brothers, wanting more of this world.Because on the one hand I enjoyed reading it and read it in one sitting because I just couldn't put it down. The writing was off, the dialogue didn’t always feel natural, and their personalities just couldn’t be nailed down. They test each others patience but when the other needs them they are right there lighting the match to bring down whoever crossed them! I do think that there was some parts that were strange, disrespectful, and cringe but I got through it and felt like that was there personalities. I love the two main characters, they both are seriously messed up and broken, completely own it and just fit together in a really weird and dis-functioning way.
